Who is ELZWARE?

We are people who really understand the Internet. How it works. How users are motivated. How fast it's growing. Why it's growing. Where it's going. And we understand that not everyone using it is quite as digitally savvy as we are. That's why we're keen to keep pushing forward, as digital native are wont to do. When it comes down to it, we're digital interpreters, but more than that, we're the biggest asset your company hasn't heard of yet.

What are Conversational Systems or Virtual Assistants?

Our systems are a unique combination of interactive FAQ and more user-friendly navigation - the system does the delivery of information across your site so your users don't need to search. They type in a question - in their own words - and the system provides an answer. But more than that, it leads the user to the relevant page of your website, logs the entire process, notes and reports on any information gaps, and builds profiles of users. Clever stuff. But more of it in conversational systems.
