Charlie Wilkinson
Personal Assistant to Phil Hall
Charlie brings sparkle and superior organisational talents to the ELZWARE team. She spends busy days fishing things out of Phil's head, oiling the cogs, keeping the staff on their toes with various requests and kicks up the derriere, and even turns her hand to a spot of authoring. She drinks tea like a builder, wanted to be a butterfly when she was a babber, and is Clevedonian/Bristolian born and bred - she even grew up on the same road as a member of the Wurzels.

Dan German
Analyst
Dan wanted to be an inventor when he grew up, and nowadays puts all that curiosity and innovation to good use analysing systems on ELZWARE's behalf. He checks out what's working, feeds back trends to clients and finds ways to get the conversations, feedback structures and user understandings working ever more efficiently.

Dan Stringer
Author
BA hons Cultural and Media Studies
Dan's an essential member of our build team, who spends his days constructing and maintaining Virtual Assistants and giving birth to fully fledged conversational systems. As well as the fact he can drink as much tea as he wants (which is a lot), he enjoys working with ELZWARE because his days are never dull, the challenges don't stop and his colleagues keep him smiling.

Jeff Clifford
Lead Author, More than you can shake a stick at...
Jeff has dabbled in everything from multimedia and web design to DTP and computer science. When he's not dreaming of surfing and buying up South Sea islands, he manages workloads and client relationships, as well as training new members of the team. He takes coffee rather than tea, loves pizza so much it could become a long-term relationship, and loves working at ELZWARE because everyone's so eccentric they make him feel normal.

Pete Thomas
Technical Author
Psychology BSc
Pete hones his ultra-geek skills here at ELZWARE, despite a secret hope for world domination through the medium of Super Mario Brothers 2. Day-to-day that means keeping installs up-to-date, talk to clients about development and not drinking tea.

Phil Hall
CEO, Engineer, Cabinetmaker, Anthropologist
Phil is working out how to scale what seems, to him, a ... logical ... simple ... build & contextual alignment to commercio-ethongraphic knowledge base build methodology. This used to be known as chatbot maker before he set the bar much higher and started to open up this ground breaking conversational system market space. He spends a fair bit of time with Chris Ezekiel, though sadly, their Jenga days are over.

Scott Smith
Secondary Author
Scott spends his days finding out all the answers for new systems. He liaises new clients to source data, building and then maintaining knowledge bases. He's quite the chatty sort, and once appeared on Wackadays with the great Timmy Mallet. Pertinent? Definitely... the experience obviously affected him as a child, as nowadays his favourite thing about working with ELZWARE is that every day brings new surprises and challenges.

Theo Austin
Lead Author
An invaluable member of the authoring team, Theo manages people and projects with aplomb, yet even finds time for a spot of authoring himself - he enjoys making big structures out of abstract data. He also plays an important role in research and development, where he enjoys 'the odd tangent and often getting stuck in loops'. Quite the adventurous sort, he dreams of driving Route 66 in a convertible Cadillac, though day-to-day, he finds doing something where there is so much unexplored territory seriously satisfying.
